EDMONTON for making our 2006 summer tour of 52 Pick-up so memorable.
The Edmonton Fringe Festival was our largest yet, completely selling out all but one of our performances.
Over 2000 people saw the show during our three city tour and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much for all your support and encouragement.

Natalie and Stewart get a whole four days off before they open 52 Pick-up on Friday August 18th at the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival. Edmonton is the last city of their tour, so if you haven't seen the show yet, it's time to check it out! Full venue/dates/times can be found here.

52 Pick-up is off to a great start at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival!
After four performances, including one SOLD-OUT show, the word is spreading fast about this TJ Dawe/Rita Bozi comedy.
Reviews will be posted soon. In the meantime, take a look at the Manitoba CBC site. Natalie was selected to write a blog for them ... plus you can read reviews (from critics and audience members) for all the fringe shows.
ZOMBIES is also doing fantastically... getting five stars from Toronto Eye Weekly, four stars from the Winnipeg Sun and the Winnipeg Free Press. We also SOLD-OUT two out of the four shows. Life is good.

52 Pick-up's 2006 summer tour starts in two weeks!!!
The final show dates, for lovely Saskatoon, have been added to the DATES pages. We look forward to seeing you this summer at the Fringe.
As an aside, Stewart's one-man show ZOMBIES won Best of Venue and Outstanding Original Work at the Ottawa Fringe Festival. This is a show not to be missed!

Directed by Natalie Joy Quesnel, ZOMBIES showcases the writing and performance talents of Stewart Matthews in his first one-man show. This show will be on tour from June to September, from Ottawa to Vancouver. But if you're extra keen, come to the premiere at the Ottawa Fringe Festival. Sorry for the long overdue update.
Enigma Productions isn't gone... it's just on a break.
Natalie is working on her Masters and preparing for a possible summer 2006 Fringe tour of "52 Pick-up".
Stewart is writing his first one-man show which he'll be performing across Canada under the company Screwed and Clued.
Look for more updates to the site in the months to come!

THANK YOU
OTTAWA!
52 Pick-up at The Mighty Fringe was a huge success. We sold
out 5 of our 7 shows, got great feedback and enjoyed ourselves
immensely.
We also won some pretty amazing awards...
BEST OF VENUE (Studio Leonard-Beaulne)
Peer Awards - JUDGE'S CHOICE (for best
overall production)
PEOPLE'S CHOICE (for best local show)
The People's Choice award entitles us to an extra three
shows the first week of September at the Arts Court Theatre!

Enigma will be offering
a workshop at the Ottawa Fringe this summer - check it out!
Characterization for the actor
Local director Natalie Joy Quesnel and Fringe veteran Stewart
Matthews (Screwed and Clued) will take you on an exploration
of characterization from the inside out and from the outside
in. This workshop will provide participants with creative
exercises to explore character through physicality and give
hints on how to make character choices based on clues within
the dramatic text.
